The practice of yoga prepares your body and your mind for the experience of surfing: control of mental agitation, achievement of your goal, self-transcendence, muscle toning and relaxation.

Ayurvedic cooking will be nade by our fantastic cook Julie ! She will prepare an healthy, nourishing and fortifying cuisine for the soul of the surfer that you are!

Take advantage of these moments of relaxation to enjoy a breaststroke in the pool, an Ayurvedic massage, an energy treatment or even an Ayurvedic health check-up.

Sharing, meeting with others is, in our opinion, essential to our well-being. In order to experience this retreat in the most fulfilling conditions possible, we limit the group to 9 people.

VILLA SAYULITA
It is within this magnificent Villa that your stay will take place. Villa Sayulita is located in Seignosse. just a few minutes from Hossegor and the most beautiful beaches in the South West of France, in the Landes.
Located at the end of a dead end, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and take a break - far from all urban nuisances! There is no shortage of rest areas, especially with the terrace on two floors.
Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Double or single bed on request possible.

PRICE

A deposit of 250 € is to be paid at the time of registration. The remainder is to be paid 10 days before the start of the retreat (i.e. before June 22, 2022).
